These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Leapers LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company operating as "Dances" ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Dances platform at dances.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Dances is an AI-powered cleaning verification platform for property owners and managers. The Service allows property owners to set cleaning standards using baseline photos, dispatch verification jobs to cleaners, and receive AI-assisted assessments of cleaning quality based on submitted photos.
The Service includes:
Property owners and co-hosts access the Service through authenticated accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.
Cleaners access the Service through secure token-based links or one-time passcodes (OTP) without creating an account. Cleaners are responsible for using the access links only for their intended purpose and must not share these links with unauthorized parties.
Property owners may invite co-hosts with either "Full" access (manage all property settings, cleaners, and jobs) or "Operations" access (manage and review cleaning jobs only). Property owners are responsible for the actions of any co-hosts they invite to their properties.

The Service offers subscription plans with varying property limits, verification quotas, and features. Current plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your chosen billing interval). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Each plan includes a monthly verification limit. When you reach your limit, cleaners can still submit photos and complete their jobs, but AI analysis will not run on those submissions. You may upgrade your plan at any time to increase your verification limit.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
The Service, including its design, software, AI models, features, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by Leapers LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all photos, notes, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, store, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. This includes sending photos to third-party AI services for cleanliness analysis. We will not sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze cleaning photos and provide assessments. AI-generated results, including confidence scores and feedback, are intended as a decision-support tool and do not constitute a guarantee of cleaning quality.
Property owners retain full responsibility for reviewing and approving or rejecting verification submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated assessments. The AI may produce incorrect results, and you should not rely solely on AI analysis for critical decisions.
You may not use the Service to:
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if your subscription lapses and remains unpaid.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate or reliable. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leapers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leapers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
