The AI analyzes each room's photos against your baselines. From a few photos it evaluates every item on your checklist, like whether the bed is made, counters are clear, and the bathroom is cleaned, and returns a confidence score for each check and an overall score per room. Step 4: Automatic Decision

If the overall score meets your threshold, the job is auto-approved and you never need to look at it. If something falls below your threshold, only the flagged items are escalated for your review. You spend time only on exceptions.
